1. Service Agreement: By booking a service with Blacked Out, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.
2. Promotional Use: Customers consent to their vehicles being photographed and used for promotional purposes, including on social media and marketing materials.
3. Price Adjustments: Initial quotes are based on the information provided. Should unexpected complications arise, we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly.
4. Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
5. Cancellations: If thecustomer cancels with a valid reason on the day of the appointment or with short notice, a percentage of the deposit may be refunded. However, if the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the appointment, or if the customer does not show up, the deposit is non-refundable.
